1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Miho PTO, you agree to these legal terms. Basically: be cool, use the software as intended, and we'll get along fine.
2. Use License
You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for your business.
- Don't copy or resell our code.
- Don't do illegal stuff.
- Don't try to hack us.
3. User Accounts
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you share your password, that's on you.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
We bill in advance (monthly or yearly).
5. Intellectual Property
We own the code, the design, and the "Miho PTO" brand. You own your data. Simple as that.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do our best, but we aren't liable for indirect damages (like lost profits) if things go wrong. Use at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by United States law. Any disputes will be handled in US courts.
